Whole Wheat Arabic Bread [en]

Arabic bread is a staple on any meal served in an Arab household. This recipe is made out of whole wheat flour which adding to its yumminess makes it healthy.

Ingredients:
1 Kg whole wheat flour
3 cups of lukewarm water
4 teaspoons of instant yeast; 13 g
A sprinkling of sugar
1 tablespoon salt; 10 g

Tips
– Make sure that you knead the dough long enough 10 – 15 minutes
– Let the dough rise in a room place until it doubles in size. It will take around 2 hours in a room temperature 25-30 C
– Be gentle when handling the risen dough not to knock out the air bubbles.
– Make sure that the oven is at its highest temperature. Should be 220 C or above.
