About Me [en]

Hello There. I’m Rusaila and I enjoy Baking. I come from a Palestinian and Macedonian family and this has influenced my passion for baking a lot. As you will see many of my recipes come from either the Middle East or the Balkan.

I called my website Taboon Bakery. “Taboon” is a famous Palestinian underground oven which is used to make the famous Palestinian Taboon bread and is also used in many of the Palestinian dishes.

Please make sure that you keep in touch with me via my different social media outlets:

My YouTube Channel, My Instagram, My Facebook Page and my Google+.

I hope you’ll enjoy watching my videos and share my love of baking with others.

I do not understand who you’re however certainly you
are going to a famous blogger in the event you aren’t already.

    Cheers!

  2. Hello Rusaila, you have a wonderful blog and youtube channel. I’ll be trying some of your recipes. Since most of us, Arabs, have no access to Taboon; your blog is helping to overcome this using electric oven 🙂
I like your videos, blog with their simplified presentation.
craving authentic wholemeal pita in London lead me to your blog, I have relatives in Palestine, Jordan and Egypt (where my mother originally from) and live in Tabuk – Saudi Arabia. As you can see very attached to this type of pita.
Pease to you and all visitors, keep posting.
