Arabic bread is a staple on any meal served in an Arab household. This recipe is made out of whole wheat flour which adding to its yumminess makes it healthy.
To know how to make this kind of bread please watch this video:

Ingredients:
1 Kg whole wheat flour
3 cups of lukewarm water
4 teaspoons of instant yeast; 13 g
A sprinkling of sugar
1 tablespoon salt; 10 g

Tips
– Make sure that you knead the dough long enough 10 – 15 minutes
– Let the dough rise in a room place until it doubles in size. It will take around 2 hours in a room temperature 25-30 C
– Be gentle when handling the risen dough not to knock out the air bubbles.
– Make sure that the oven is at its highest temperature. Should be 220 C or above.

  الخبز العربي هو من اهم عناصر المائدة في البيت العربي. و هذا الخبز مصنوع من طحين القمح الكامل و بالتالي فهو مفيد  فوق كونه لذيذ.

لعمل هذا الخبز شاهدوا الفيديو:

المقادير:
– ١ كيلو من طحين القمح الكامل
– ٣ اكواب من الماء الدافئ
–  ٤ ملاعق صغار خميرة فورية ١٣ غم
– ١ ملعقة طعام ملح ١٠غرام
– رشة سكر

نصائح:
– تأكدي من عجن العجينة فترة كافية ما بين ١٠ -١٥ دقيقة.
– دعي العجينة ترتتاح في مكان دافئ حتى يتضاعف حجمها. تقريبا ساعتين في حراره غرفة ٢٥-٣٠ س
– تعاملي مع العجينة المختمرة برفق حتى لا يخرج فقاعات الهواء التي تكونت بداخلها.
– تأكدي ان درجة حرارة الفرن اعلى ما يمكن تقريبا ٢٢٠ س او اعلى.
