These muffins are great for your morning tea or breakfast as they will make you feel fuller for longer. They are also quite easy to make and can be stored for a week in an air tight container.

Oats_Muffins

To know how to make these muffins please watch the video:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 50 grams metled butter
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1 egg

Tips:

  • You can use honey instead of the golden syrup.
  • Don’t overwork the batter as it will make the buns dense.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for 12-15 mins or until golden.
  • Keep the leftover buns in an air tight container.

كلنا نحتاج الي غذاء يشعرنا بالشبع لفترة اطول في الصباح و الان للسحور في رمضان. لذا فان هذه الوصفة مثالية لذلك لاحتوائها على الشوفان.

لمعرفة كيفية عمل مافن او كعكات الشوفان شاهدوا الفيديو:

 

المقادير:

  • ٢ كوب طحين قابل للانتفاخ self raising
  • ١\٢ كوب شوفان
  • ١\٢ كوب جوز هند مبشور
  • ٢\٣ كوب سكر بني
  • ٢ ملعقة كبيرة غولدن سيرب Golden Syrup
  • ٥٠ غرام زبدة ذائبة
  • ٣\٤ كوب حليب دافئ
  • ١ بيضة

 

نصائح:

  • يمكن استبدال الغلودن سيرب بالعسل.
  • لا تقوموا بخلط المكونات كثيرا حيث سيجعل النتيجة النهائية قاسية و ثقيلة.
  • تخبز في فرن مسبق تسخينه على حرارة ١٩٠ س لمدة ١٢- ١٥ دقيقة او حتى يحمر سطحها.
  • تحفظ في وعاء محكم الاغلاق.
